batak5d operates in supported Indonesian regions where local law permits. If you're outside those regions, these terms may not apply to your account. Check your region's eligibility before opening an account. We reserve the right to restrict access based on jurisdiction.

Violations range from minor (incorrect personal info) to serious (fraud, bonus abuse). Minor breaches may trigger a warning; serious ones can result in account suspension or permanent closure. We'll notify you of the violation and give you a chance to respond before taking action.
